Return Policy:
All concerns received within 10 days of purchase our team will get in touch with you over the phone call or meet in person to address the problem.
Please ensure that you do not accept packages where the seal has been tampered. Acceptance of tampered or damaged boxes will automatically disqualify and return claims.
Please Note: Any product noticed as "Received in Physically Damaged Condition, Damage upon Delivery" or "Missing Accessories/Items in Box" has to be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.
The following general returns policy applies to all items sold on jumbothemegastore.com
- The Product delivered is different from what was ordered.
- When the package was opened the product was damaged or defective.
All items to be returned must be in their original condition along with the following.
- Should be "New" “Unused” and returned with original packaging
- Original Order Invoice
- Original packaging with labels, user manuals, and warranty card
- Serial Number/IMEI of the product being returned should match our system
- Any accessories/components, combo or bundle products, or freebies you received with the purchase
- For Wrong product/colour, incorrect description, and missing accessories, the product should be unused
If the product being returned is not under the above parameters, then Buyer shall not be entitled to any refund of money from JUMBO.
If for some reason we are unable to replace a defective/damaged product, then we will refund the money.
In case JUMBO accepts the replacement request, the Buyer shall be required to return the product. In case the product is not available at all, JUMBO can provide the refund to the buyer and the buyer shall be obligated to accept the refund instead of replacement. All the product parameters shall be required to be complied with in cases of replacement.

Cancellation Terms:
1. You understand and agree that You or JUMBO may cancel the transaction in the following circumstances:
a. JUMBO does not have the product selected by You, due to unavailability of stock;
b. You are situated outside the geographic location within which JUMBO cannot undertake to deliver the product;
c. The address mentioned by you for delivery is incorrect and/or there is a change in your address;
d. JUMBO does not attempt to initiate delivery of your product within 2 (two) days of the date on which you receive SMS/Email communication from JUMBO regarding transaction confirmation; any other act or omission by you or JUMBO that makes delivery of the product impossible.
2. You understand and agree that once you receive an SMS/Email confirmation for delivery of the product from JUMBO, You will cease to have any right to cancel the transaction.
3. Subject to the above conditions, you understand that JUMBO shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any delay or other issues that may arise concerning the product.
4. JUMBO is a reseller and hence will assist to avail you required service. However, JUMBO is not liable to provide a solution to any escalation received of the product.
